The Point and Click LLC website at www.pointandclickllc.com (the Site) is a copyrighted work belonging to Point and Click. Point and Click grants you the right to use the Site subject to the terms and conditions of use (“Terms of Use”) set forth in this agreement.

Please read the terms of use very carefully. By you accessing this site, you agree to be bound by the terms conditions listed on our site.

By accessing or using the Site, you are deemed to have read, understand and agree to be bound by these terms. We reserve the right to change, modify or discontinue these Terms of Use at any time, and you agree to be bound by any such changes.

( Materials) are Point and Click property or that of our suppliers & licensors and are protected by patent, trademark and/or copyright under United States and other country laws. You may not use, download, upload, print, copy, display, reproduce, publish, modify, edit, delete, add to, license, post, transmit and/or distribute any materials from this site, in whole or in part, for any public or commercial purpose. You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited privilege to access of the Site solely for your use of information and services contained here so long as you do not portray Point and Click LLC or their products or services in a false, derogatory, or otherwise offensive matter.


USER RESPONSIBILITY

This Site is a general purpose site and is not targeted towards children under the age of 13. You must be 18 years of age or older to use this sight. By using the Site, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age. If you are under the age of 18, you may only use this site with the involvement of a parent or adult guardian. You must be 21 years of age or older to place an order of a handgun, frame, receivers , pistol-grip shotgun and/or ammunition or ammo components.

Firearms of any kind will not be shipped directly to you, it is your responsibility to locate the FFL dealer that you want the items to be shipped to. You will pick up the item to be transferred from that licensed dealer. Be sure you check on your local laws before ordering items. You are assuming all responsibility for the legality of a specific item when you place your order. You are responsible for complying with all firearms and other item laws in your state/area. If you are not sure if the item you want to order is permitted in you area, check with your local law enforcement agency before ordering. You must provide a valid contact phone number and email where you can be reached should we have any questions on your order. We may contact you prior to shipping your order.

You will be responsible for payment for all orders you placed.


APPLICABLE LAW

By placing an order, you agree that the items or services ordered will be used only in a lawful manner as intended by the manufacturer. It is your responsibility to ascertain and obey all applicable local, state, federal and international laws (including minimum age laws) in regards to possession, use and/or the sale of any product purchased on the Site. When visiting our site, you agree that the laws of the State of New Mexico, without regard to principles of conflict of laws, will govern these Conditions of Use. All and any use of the Site, you agree that exclusive jurisdiction for resolving any claim or conflict with Point and Click LLC, resides in the state and federal courts located in New Mexico.

CUSTOMER PRIVACY

Point and Click LLC is committed to protecting the privacy of our customers and users of our website www.pointandclickllc.com. We want your experience with us to be a good one. Our site has appropriate safeguards to help protect the security, integrity, accuracy, and privacy of the personal information we have collected. Our privacy and security policies are reviewed periodically and enhanced as required.


WE DO NOT COLLECT AND SELL CUSTOMER INFORMATION.

Your email address: We will not give or sell your email address to outside parties. We use your email address for order confirmation, customer questions and our own email advertising for goods and services. If you wish to discontinue receiving our email advertising you may request to opt out.

Credit Card Numbers: Your credit card transactions are processed through a secure server with encryption. We do not store credit card numbers in our system once the order is processed. Once your order is processed/completed, the credit card numbers are removed from our system to help insure safety.

Payment methods we accept. VISA, MASTERCARD, DISCOVER (Does add 2.7% to cash pricing)

PAYMENT IS COLLECTED BEFORE ORDER IS PLACED.


SHIPPING LIMITATIONS:

Once you place an order, it will be shipped to Point and Click LLC address.


CONFIRMATIONS, CANELLATIONS AND ORDER CHANGES

All orders will be confirmed with the customer via email. We reserve the right at any time to cancel or limit the order quantity on any product and/or to refuse service or fulfillment of any order or to any customer. If your order is reduced or canceled, you will be refunded for any payment that you had made or the difference if order reduced.

CONTENT AND PRICING INFORMATION

Because availability, prices and product descriptions can change very quickly, the products and services listed on the wholesale vendors are subject to change at any time without notice. The inclusion of any products listed on their sites at a particular time does not imply or warrant that the items will be in stock at time of placing the order.

We cannot guarantee that all product, images or pricing information is completely accurate. No representation as to the completeness, accuracy or currency of any information on the wholesale sites is made. In the event there is a pricing error or discrepancy on their sites with respect to products or services, we reserve the right to cancel any orders and/or partial orders for those products or services.


FIREARMS ORDERS

In accordance with the Federal Law, Point and Click LLC can only ship firearms to a FFL-Federal Firearms Dealer that has a current license. By law, firearms must be purchased in our store or shipped to a Federal Firearms Licensed (FFL) dealer.


PRODUCT WARRANTIES

The products we sell are warranted by the manufacturer not by Point and Click LLC. Therefore, if you have a defective product you are responsible to contact the Manufacturer to see how the replacement or refund will be handled. Most all products have an information sheet enclosed listing the Manufacturer’s phone and address. If you have a product and do not have this information, look online for the manufacturer information, if you cannot locate this information contact our customer service at 575-694-0816 or email service@pointandclickllc.com and we will be glad to help.

SALES TAX

  • We are based in Luna County, New Mexico, therefore, we only charge 6.88% sales tax to NM residents.

RETURN POLICY

Point and Click LLC wants our customers to be satisfied with every purchase they make.

RETURNABLE ITEMS GUIDLINES:

  • ALL returns must have original receipt or invoice
  • ALL returns must have been purchased within the last 30 days
  • Items must be in new and unused condition
  • Items must have original packaging, tags attached, all parts and manuals
  • You must call or email to get approval for return
  • You must include the Return Approval Form listing reason for return
  • Be sure to check the appropriate boxes if requesting exchange, replacement or refund
  • Refunds will only be applied to the original Credit Card that was charged.
  • Bring a copy of a Valid Photo ID
  • We do not refund freight/shipping -unless an error occurred on our part in the shipment
  • We do not accept C.O.D returns
  • Items found to be defective after the 30 days must be returned directly to the manufacturer
  • Items returned within the guidelines, accompanied by a receipt will be refunded at the original item price. If the item is currently on sale or part of a promotion you will be refunded at that price plus any applicable sales tax.
  • Refunds are not offered on services rendered.
  • Refunds are not offered on software purchased and/or installed.

You may return your item directly to our store. Be sure you have met the guidelines listed above.
